You must always credit me for the art, unless you pay a full copyright fee.

All of my work are digital purchases and will be sent via email or Dropbox link. There will be no shipping since everything is digital goods.

I will still hold rights to use the art as promotional material or for portfolio purposes, but you will own the character you purchase.

I will not send the files until my work has been paid in full.

You may not use my artwork in any form of AI training, generation, or tools, or in anything AI-adjacent.

You may also not use my artwork in NFTs, blockchain projects, or anything crypto-currency related.

YOU MUST FILL OUT THE PAYMENT PLAN FORM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE IF YOU WISH TO BEGIN ONE.

Payment plans may be accepted if using the correct form.

These are the base rules, unless otherwise stated.

All of my works come with a personal usage, which as long as it is not being used to make income, you can use it for whatever you'd like.

Commercial Usage: 2x the initial price

If you have commercial usage for your work, you may use it for promotional material or anything that will make you income online. You may not sell it as printed/physical goods.

Merchandise / Physical goods: 3x the initial price-

If you have merchandise rights, you may produce physical goods.

This fee also includes commercial usage above, so you may make income online from the piece as well.

You do not need this fee if you are printing my art to give away to friends. It is for if you are making income on your merchandise.

Full Copyright: 5x the initial price

This fee may be asked about, but it is case-by-case and starts at 5x the initial price. It is usually unnecessary, unless you want 100% ownership of the work, and do not want to credit me publicly.

Please do not edit and/or draw over my work without permission.

However, you make contact me if you would like to make edit/make adjustments to the work yourself, and I will give you permission.

You may also contact me and pay me an extra fee to update it for you.

No refunds after purchase

Please credit me for the design I created. I would appreciate being credited in a place where people can see it if they need to find that information quickly.

You are allowed to resell the design you purchase. You must make the buyer aware of the original price/worth.

You may edit any design(s) after purchase, but NOT the art directly. If you would like to edit my art directly, you must contact me to get permission to do so.

I will hold rights to the art as promotional material, but the character design will be owned by the owner/buyer.

If you charge back on an adopt after purchasing, I will revoke your rights to owning the adopt and/or design and will resell it to someone else.

Blacklisted clients are not allowed to purchase or acquire any new designs made by me, but can keep any designs made they have previously purchased. They also may resale these designs but must follow my resale rules.

If you have not paid for the design in full (payment plan, hold, etc), the design will NOT belong to you. You may not buy any commissions or announce the character publicly until you have paid for it entirely.

If you buy commissions of the character before paying it off, you will be blacklisted.

I have the right to blacklist anyone from purchasing my adopts at any time.

Please do not resell the character immediately after purchase.

Please wait at least 1 month before reselling/trading your design. (Cooldown)

You may gift/trade it to friends at any time.

You may resell your adopt at the original purchase price or lower.

Selling it for a higher price is only allowed if you include the cost of any additional commissioned artwork or extras you've paid for.

Please note: Any artwork you created yourself may not be added to the resale price.

You may resell the character along with any existing artwork that has already been completed.

However, you may not resell the character based on 'future' content, such as pre-orders for additional art or models that have not been delivered yet.

Holds are only available to regular customers. (3 or more designs purchased by you.)

Holds must be asked for, but may be rejected by me on a case-by-case basis.

The hold cannot begin until a deposit is paid.

Holds are allowed for up to 1 week, and may be extended to 2 weeks in case of an emergency.

If the hold expires without payment, the character will be relisted for sale, and your deposit will not be refunded.

You may also be added to the blacklist if your hold expires without contact.

If your design was purchased WITHOUT commercial usage, you cannot use it to make ANY kind of income. This includes: Vtuber, Game-characters, Merchandise, etc. NO INCOME SHOULD BE MADE FROM THE DESIGN.

Commercial fee may be paid at a later date.

Please remember the commercial fee that was stated, otherwise a 100$ fee or percentage based fee will be charged.

If you use a design purchased from me to create income WITHOUT paying the fee, you will be blacklisted from purchasing any adopts, commissions or models in the future. I will also take any other actions as necessary.

You may post it on twitter or use the design as a mascot, as long as you are not making any money using the design.

Commercial usage only includes the design, not the art. If you want to use the art, please contact me directly for an extra fee.

This is my default payment plan information unless stated otherwise.

Payment plans are only allowed for commercial use purchases, unless you're a regular customer.

Minimum payment is $150 per month.

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to start. This goes toward the total price.

The deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure the payment plan.

The full amount must be paid within 3 months. Longer plans will be declined.

If I can't contact you and the plan isn't completed, it will be canceled with no refund, and the character will be resold.

If you can't finish the plan, contact me immediately.

I can delay the plan once (up to 1 month) for emergencies only.

**UNTIL THE PLAN IS COMPLETE:**

You do NOT own the character yet.

Do NOT post or announce the character.

Do NOT commission art of the character.

**CHARGEBACK INFORMATION**

Any kind of chargebacks are completely unacceptable. If this happens, the character design will be immediately repossessed by myself and your ownership of the design will be terminated.

You will also be added to my blacklist permanently.

This also applies if someone else makes a payment for you, you are responsible for their purchase and you both will be blacklisted

You are responsible for your payment plan.

Co-ownership is okay as long as you follow the terms.

You may only co-own between no more then two people.

If you choose to co-own your character, you must be responsible for ALL of the communication between the two parties.

If one member of the party chooses to resale, you must offer full ownership to the person you are co-owning with first.
