All of my work are digital purchases and will be sent via email or Dropbox link. There will be no shipping for digital goods.

I will still hold rights to use the art as promotional material or for portfolio purposes, but you will own the character you purchase.

Commercial Usage: 2x the initial price unless otherwise stated.

If you have commercial usage for your work, you may use it for promotional material or anything that will make you income.

Merchandise/ Physical goods: 3x the initial price unless otherwise stated.

If you have merchandise rights, you may mass produce physical goods.

Please do not edit and/or draw over my work without permission.

However, you make contact me if you would like to make edit/make adjustments to the work yourself, and I will give you permission.

Please credit me for the design I created. I would appreciate being credited in a place where people can see it if they need to find that information quickly.

You are allowed to resell the design you purchase. You must make the buyer aware of the original price/worth.

You may edit any design(s) after purchase, but NOT the art directly. If you would like to edit the art, you must contact me to get permission.

I will hold rights to the art as promotional material, but the design will be owned by the buyer.

If you charge back on an adopt after purchasing, I will revoke your rights to owning the adopt and/or design and will resell it to someone else.

Blacklisted clients are not allowed to purchase or claim any new designs made by me, but can keep any designs made they have previously purchased.

If you have not paid for the design in full (payment plan, hold, etc), the design will NOT belong to you. You may not buy any commissions or announce the character publicly until you have paid for it entirely.

If you buy commissions of the character before paying it off, you will be blacklisted.

I have the right to blacklist anyone from purchasing my adopts at any time.

Please do not resell the character immediately after purchase. This makes me deeply uncomfortable.

Please wait at least 1 month before reselling/trading your design.

You may gift/trade it to friends at any time.

Do not resell the character for an outrageous price compared to base price.

You may resell the character with artwork that has already been made for it, but you cannot resell the character through "Future" artwork such as pre-orders for extra art or models

Holds are only available to regular customers.

The hold cannot begin until a deposit is paid. (Minimum $100)

Holds may only last up to a week, and may be extended to two in emergencies.

After that they will be removed and the character will be put up for sale. Your deposit will not be refunded.

Co-ownership is okay as long as you follow these terms!

You may only co-own between no more then two people.

If you choose to co-own your character, you must be responsible for ALL of the communication between the two parties.

If one member of the party chooses to resale, you must offer full ownership to the person you are co-owning with first.

If your design was purchased WITHOUT commercial usage, you cannot use it to make ANY kind of income. This includes: Vtuber, Game-characters, Merchandise, etc. NO INCOME SHOULD BE MADE FROM THE DESIGN.

Commercial fee may be paid at a later date.

Please remember the commercial fee that was stated, otherwise a 100$ fee or percentage based fee will be charged.

If you use a design purchased from me to create income WITHOUT paying the fee, you will be blacklisted from purchasing any adopts, commissions or models in the future. I will also take any other actions as necessary.

You may post it on twitter or use the design as a mascot, as long as you are not making any money using the design.

Commercial usage only includes the design, not the art. If you want to use the art, please contact me directly for an extra fee.

Payment plans are only accepted if buying a character with COMMERCIAL USAGE - Unless you are a regular customer.

Payment plans are accepted at minimum payments of 150$ a month.

You MUST pay a non-refundable $100 deposit before the plan can begin. This will go towards the total amount.

The design must be paid off within 3-4 months. Any longer and I will have to decline the plan.

If you do not complete the plan and I cannot contact you, I will cancel your plan and put the character back up for sale. You will NOT be refunded.

You must pay a non-refundable deposit on the design within 24 hrs or your plan will not be valid.

If needed, this may be stacked with the hold situation

If you cannot finish the payment plan, please let me know as soon as possible, the payments will not be refunded.

I can delay payment plans for up to 1 month if an emergency comes up, but this may only be done once.

To begin a payment plan, please send me a message and I will respond as soon as I can.

You must pay a deposit first before the payment plan can begin

Within this time, if someone else purchases the design (full payment) BEFORE I can begin your payment plan, I will not be able to do it.

The character does NOT fully belong to you until the payment is complete

Do NOT announce the character or post about it until payment is fully complete

Do NOT buy commissions of the character until the payment plan is complete
